What’s the wedding dress code?
Answer
We kindly invite our guests to dress in cocktail attire. Midi or tea-length dresses, as well as suits and ties, are encouraged. The bridesmaids will wear light/sky blue, and the groomsmen will be in grey suits, but guests are free to wear any colors they love!

Are plus-ones allowed?
Answer
Although we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. When you RSVP, you’ll see the names of all guests invited within your group. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outdoors in a covered space, with cocktail hour and reception to follow indoors. The walk to the ceremony is paved for easy access.

What is the recommended arrival time for the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive about 20–30 minutes before the ceremony so you have time to get settled. We kindly ask that guests do not arrive earlier, as we will be taking photos and preparing privately beforehand.

Are pictures allowed during the wedding ceremony and/or reception?
Answer
We would love for our guests to capture and share moments from the reception. Please feel free to take photos and post them! However, we kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged experience, with all phones and devices put away so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment.

Will there be parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There will be on-site parking available for guests at the venue.

Are there accommodations near the venue or hotel room blocks?
Answer
Please visit the travel section of our website. We have reserved a hotel block at the Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Valley Forge/Collegeville, and we encourage guests to stay there for convenience. There are also several other hotels nearby if you prefer alternative accommodations.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?
Answer
Please visit the travel section of our website. A shuttle service will be provided from the main hotel one hour prior to the ceremony and one hour after the reception.
Question
What menu options are there for people with dietary restrictions?
Answer
We’ll be offering a vegan/vegetarian option, and we’re in communication with our venue to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies. Please let us know your needs in advance so we can ensure you’re well taken care of.
