Our story began at Muhlenberg College in a place that feels fitting now, Chemistry class! While we didn’t know it at the time, it wasn’t just chemistry that we were building, but the foundation of something much bigger. What truly brought us together was the circle of friendships we found ourselves in. Within that larger group, we discovered each other and before long, a deeper connection started to grow. As our friendship evolved, we realized just how much we shared. From our love of science to cheering on rival football teams, trying new foods, playing pickleball, and spending time with family and friends, life simply felt better together. Whether we’re starting a new series or rewatching favorites like Gilmore Girls, Modern Family, and Harry Potter, it’s the simple, everyday moments that mean the most. After college, we took an exciting step and moved to Michigan, where we began building our life side by side. While one of us started a PhD program and the other began a career as a middle school science teacher, we continued to grow not just individually, but as partners. Along the way, we added one more to our little family: our cat, Sookie, who quickly became an essential part of our home. Looking back, it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come. We grew from classmates and friends to partners in life. We are so grateful for every step of this journey and couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. We can’t wait to begin this next chapter together as husband and wife!
