Albany International Airport and New York Stewart International Airport are about a one-hour drive from Saugerties. Newark International Airport is about a two-hour drive, while JFK and Laguardia airports are about three hours. There are also several small, regional airports in the Hudson Valley that are an option as well. The wedding begins at 4:30pm on Saturday, September 24. Feel free to arrive in Saugerties the night before or the day-of the wedding, depending on your travel plans and schedule.
The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal attire. For women, dresses and dressy jumpsuits are perfect. For men, a collared shirt and slacks are great options. A suit or jacket is optional. Please avoid jeans, shorts, and sneakers.
Yes. We will have a shuttle service available between the hotel blocks and the venue. Check the "Travel" page for more information.
If you prefer to drive yourself, there is parking available at the venue, but we do ask that you please do not leave your car overnight.
The ceremony will begin prompty at 4:30pm. Please be sure to arrive early enough to find a seat and get settled before it begins.
We respectfully ask that you enjoy our ceremony without your phone or camera and leave photos and videos to the professionals. During cocktail hour and the reception, we'd love to take photos with you!
We will continue to monitor federal and local guidelines & recommendations to ensure our family and friends are as safe as possible. Proof of vaccination or a negative test within 72 hours of the wedding will be requested from those attending.
