Where should we park for the welcome party?

Answer

Paid parking is available at two nearby garages. The AMLI Downtown Garage on San Antonio St. between 2nd and 3rd St. is in the same building as La Condesa and is the easiest option ($15–$35 per vehicle). The Austin City Hall Garage between Lavaca St. and 2nd St. is also a short walk away ($18–$20 per vehicle). Metered street parking is available throughout downtown Austin, though rates and time limits vary. Ride-share services are also a great option for getting to and from the party.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the same venue, Mattie’s at Green Pastures.

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Please plan to arrive around 4:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating ahead of the 5:00 PM ceremony start.

Is parking available at the venue on the day of the wedding?

Answer

Parking at the venue will be valet only for $10. Please plan transportation accordingly.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors with seating on grass. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors or under cover.

What is the dress code for the weekend?

Answer

The wedding dress code is Black Tie Optional. Please keep the outdoor ceremony and grassy seating in mind when selecting footwear. For the rehearsal dinner and welcome party, attire will be cocktail, with room to have fun and lean into an Austin-inspired look

Yes, we have secured a hotel room block for the weekend located on the venue property at The Inn. The booking link is available on the accommodations page on the website.
