How are you responding to COVID-19?

Answer

To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, we will require that everyone in attendance shows proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Additionally, we also ask that you test negative before gathering with us to celebrate to ensure everyone’s safety. If you need help finding a test, please reach out. We will follow best practices regarding implementation of any new vaccination or testing requirements and update this page accordingly as requirements change. While we understand that some of our invited guests may not feel comfortable sharing their vaccination status or do not wish to get the COVID-19 vaccine at this time, please understand that this is not a decision we reached lightly or a request we take for granted. The health and safety of our guests and vendors is of the utmost importance. If you are unable to attend due to this requirement, we will miss you dearly and hope to celebrate with you in the near future.

Are kids welcome?

While our wedding is an event designed for adults, your children are welcome to attend if that means you’ll be able to join us to celebrate! If you need help finding childcare in the area so you can have the night off, please reach out! We’d be happy to connect you to a great babysitter.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

YES! Parking is available across the street from the venue at 28 Cabarrus Ave W, Concord NC

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail or formal attire and ready to dance!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors to the venue open at 5pm, with the ceremony starting at 5:30. If you're coming in from uptown Charlotte, please keep in mind that the venue is in nearby Concord, NC.
