Hotel
Fun fact: SXSW (a large annual convention) is happening the same weekend as our wedding! Austin expects 300,000+ people to come to the city for the convention so lodging options are going quick! We plan to stay at a hotel in West Austin, 20 minutes from the wedding venue, away from all the SXSW events downtown, called Hotel Viata, and we would love for you to be able to stay at the hotel with us! We have worked with the hotel to set up a hotel room block for 40 rooms (check-in on 3/13 and check-out 3/15) at a discounted rate. Here are the details: Please note the last day to book is Wednesday, February 11th, 2026. The discounted rate extends two nights before 3/13/26 and three nights after 3/15/26. Hotel Viata's reservations phone number is 844-306-6400 extension "1" for reservations if you would prefer to call. You just need to mention the "Hannah/Charles Wedding Room Block" or the code 5540076 to get set up with the special group rate. Shuttle

A shuttle will take guests from Hotel Viata to Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center at 4:30pm and 5:00pm, and every hour from the reception back to Hotel Viata, with the last bus leaving the venue at 11:30pm.
