We started out as friends and bandmates in 2023. We slowly got to know each other, writing and playing music together. After the band split, we started spending more time together - rock climbing, going to shows, hanging out at the house. One day, we both realized that there might be more than friendship there. We were very intentional about dating one another because we didn't want to throw a wrench in our tight-knit group of friends. It's been a year and a half since we became a couple, and our relationship is everything we could have asked for. We listen to each other, cheer each other on to reach our goals, support each other when life gets hard, choose curiosity over defensiveness, apologize quickly, and laugh together day and night. We can't wait to keep doing all those things together for the rest of our lives!
