What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early, as you'll need to take a shuttle from the parking lot to the ceremony site.

Is there a dress code?

Our wedding will be a formal affair! Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit, while ladies can opt for a formal cocktail, midi, or floor-length dress.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be shuttle service from the hotel (Hampton Inn Catawba Island) to the ceremony, running multiple times from 3:30-4:30pm. We will also have return shuttles back to the hotel from 10:30-11:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you will be driving to the ceremony, there is a parking lot available that guests will be directed to upon arrival. There will also be shuttle service from the parking lot to the ceremony site.

Can I leave my car parked at the venue overnight?

Answer

No, you cannot leave your car parked at the venue overnight. Additionally, there are not many Uber or taxi option in the area; we recommend utilizing the shuttle that we will provide to and from the Hampton Inn.
