When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ideal arrival is 3:30 pm to be seated by 4pm. Hannah will probably be late, but you shouldn't be. ;)

Feel free to text us if you're not sure! We want everyone dressed in a way that feels best for YOU, but if you need inspo, the vibe is "mountain semi-formal" and we have a Pinterest board to look at for ideas here: https://www.pinterest.com/hannahmaad/wedding-guest-inspo/

While we adore kids, only close family members' children are invited for this event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We are working on this and will update this answer when we have details! We plan to offer a car service similar to Uber, and possibly a hotel shuttle if there are many people staying in one place. There is parking onsite, but we generally discourage guests from driving to/from the wedding night as the road is unpaved and there may be wildlife along the way after dark. However, if you come to the welcome event on Saturday and feel comfortable with the road, there is plenty of parking available!
