*Please arrive no later than 3:45 pm* After the ceremony, guests will take a short 7-minute walk through historic downtown Charleston to the reception venue. It’s a beautiful route, but please note that the streets are uneven cobblestone and brick in some spots; we recommend wearing comfortable shoes or block heels. You’ll be led by a "second line" of live music straight to the cocktail hour, so get ready for a joyful stroll to kick off the celebration! There will be a trolley for those who don't want to walk.

Join us in celebrating Southern elegance at its finest! This is a formal event — absolutely no jeans, T-shirts, khakis, hats, or casual attire. Gentlemen, a suit and tie is perfect, feel free to have fun with a Brackish bow tie or seersucker if that’s your style! Ladies, we kindly ask you to wear a floor-length dress in lovely florals or soft spring colors. No white, of course. Let’s make the evening picture-perfect Charleston chic! We kindly ask that all guests honor our dress code.
