Question

What COVID precautions will be taken?

Answer

All guests are encouraged to bring and wear a mask. Additionally, N95 masks will be available at the venue, and we'll have windows open for ventilation. Note that all guests must be vaccinated - anybody with a medical exemption must show negative on a rapid test before entering the venue.

It will be the off season for Cape Cod. Will there be anything else to do during my visit?

Answer

Yes! Many places are closed during the off season, but certainly not all. We love visiting during the off season and have provided some ideas for you on the Things To Do page.

Do you have any hotel suggestions or room blocks?

Answer

No room blocks, but see the Accomodations page for some hotel suggestions.

Is there transportation from hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, but there is plenty of parking.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If you don't remember what it said, or if you have a significant other that you think we missed, please reach out to us!

Answer

We would prefer not to have children at our wedding. If you need help finding child care, we'll be adding some options to our accommodations page so check back soon.

I plan to travel with my pet, but don't feel comfortable leaving them alone at my hotel. What are my options?

What is the recommended attire?

Answer

Dressy Casual. It's our wedding, so we'd love to see you dressed up to celebrate with us, but we also want you comfortable and ready to have fun. Think dresses or dressy blouses with skirts, slacks, or nice jeans and jackets over button down shirts with slacks and optional tie. October on the Cape can be rather cool, and our outdoor venue is in a somewhat windy location so we recommend you bring layers to be comfortable during the outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive before 11:30am so that our ceremony can start promptly and we don't have to delay getting to the fun parts of the celebration, but note that doors will not open until 11am.

What is the parking situation for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available. All parking is self parking. There will not be a valet.

If I have mobility issues, how do I get to the "roof-top" deck for the ceremony?

Answer

There is a passenger elevator available in the venue.

How will you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please make sure we know about your dietary restrictions with your RSVP (or even message us as soon as you receive a save the date), and we will make sure your selected meal option is prepared accordingly and that there are also hors d'oeuvres and dessert options that you can eat.

Will you insist everyone dance at the reception?

Answer

No! We know that sometimes, you just don't feel like dancing. We are just happy that you are there to celebrate with us in whatever way you feel comfortable. We'll also have some other options, such as some games, so you don't feel stuck sitting at your table if you aren't on the dance floor.
