It's not everyday that you hear someone is marrying their childhood neighbor. For those who don't know, Andrew and I grew up two houses down from one another. We have fond memories of playing basketball in our court together, but never could we have imagined that years later we would reconnect and fall in love. When I was attending SDSU for my Bachelors in Nursing, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Nicaragua. During my travels, Andrew was vacationing abroad in Europe followed by a solo trip to Egypt (he's crazy, I know!). Thanks to Facebook we were able to see photos of each others experiences and when I returned home over summer vacation we planned to meet for lunch. During those few days I was back home from college, I spent every single one of them with Andrew. Not only was there so much to catch up on and reminisce over, but we found ourselves having an instant connection to the people we had grown into. Andrew was once the little boy down the street, but now he is the man of my dreams who I am forever grateful was placed into my life. We are overjoyed to invite you to one of the most important days of our lives and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!
