Meet Amanda: accountant by day, accountant by night. Amanda and Hannah "bonded" over accounting homework in college, and have unfortunately been basically indistinguishable ever since. Frankly, the only differentiating factor between the two of them at this point is that Amanda wears glasses. If you ever happen to be stuck in an elevator with her, do yourself a favor and ask her about her opinion on a flat tax system. Don't worry though, she has more personality to her than just being an accountant! She also enjoys reading Brandon Sanderson and procrastinating finishing a massive sewing project until 10 minutes before she walks out the door wearing it to a major event. She also made a really good omelet one time.

Salivations, and welcome to the wedding of two fellow, God-fearing Americans. I, too, am a God-fearing American. I enjoy long walks on the beach and in the forest, usually (and preferably) while kicking sand and throwing mud balls at the bride. I am especially good at ragebaiting and sharing carne asada french fries (#ethnic oxymoron) with the handsome groom at midnight.

Unbeknownst to Kailey, her and Hannah had been friends since intermediate accounting class. Suffice to say, she was surprised at the sudden invitations to hang out. Fortunately, it seemed to work out considering you're reading this, the fact that the two of them had a weekend trip to Washington for a concert, and they've gotten some relatively spontaneous tattoos together a couple times. The chances of Kailey going to at least a handful of concerts a year are pretty high, so it's good there weren't any over this life event. From one expensive hobby to another, her home is filled with Legos, and they just seem to keep coming. At least video games are just time consuming...most of the time (NERD).

*Hey Alexa, play Fancy by Iggy Azalea* Perfect. Now that the mood is set, let me introduce you to Shanique. Thrown together by the whim of whoever was in charge of assigning roommates summer of 2022, Hannah and Shanique quickly became the most obnoxious duo in their dorm. Like two elderly ladies taking in dozens of stray animals, the two of them found every opportunity to draw as many unsuspecting people into the dorm as possible by bribing them with spaghetti and friendship. Don't let her fancy degree and the fact that she works in the medical field fool you, she is in fact just an opossum at heart. And if you ever are going to Twilight trivia, take this girl with you. Trust me.

If I were to describe Abby in seven words, they would be as follows (in no particular order): she is not that opposed to tie-dye. After trauma-bonding at a haunted house less than a month into their first semester at Corban, they always managed to live within a toss of a tangerine. She is a lover of popcorn, and is basically the 21st century female version of F. Scott Fitzgerald if you don't think about it too much. If you are ever looking for someone to watch a random movie with you, especially if you want an excuse to buy a bunch of snacks, Abby is your guy. Purveyor of extremely unhinged conversations, her and Hannah ended up in some...unique hypotheticals. If you walk out to your car after the ceremony and find it covered in rubber ducks, just look behind you and you'll see Abby giggling completely innocently.

Nate Blaha

Nathaniel Blaha: Adventurer, Minor Theologian, Videographer, Writer, Reader, Red-head, Regular-sized Rascal and close-enough Cousin-in-Law of Alekai's. Nate and Alekai met at Corban University, where Nate showed Alekai all the different (redacted) and how to repel down into the (redacted) and even how to sneak into (redacted)! Needless to say, their adventures have brought them closer as friends and both are super pumped for what adventures have yet to come!

For our next introduction, a hot new bombshell enters the villa. And by the villa, I mean the church where the wedding is taking place. Jessie and Hannah met their senior year of high school, and have been besties ever since. If you ever get bored, feel like a late night drive with the windows down and the music blasting, or just want someone to spill tea with, Jessie is your girl. Jessie is a girl who knows what she wants. I know this for a fact because she has a Pinterest board or a note in her notes app for it. Now you may say, wait, you didn't actually say what specifically she has it for. you see, that's because she has one for everything. Don't believe me? I've seen them. With my own eyes. Still don't believe me? Why? Do you have trust issues? She's also single and ready to mingle if you know what I mean.

Vincent Matteucci

Vinny has been friends with Alekai since fall of 2024 when they met playing games and getting into late-night shenanigans. At first, Vinny assumed Alekai was lovingly chaotic, unapologetically himself, and a very special guy. Though they share very different personalities and have quite a large age gap, they became close friends during their time as Balyo Bruddahs, with Vinny valuing Alekai as an older brother which he never had. Vinny is proud of the man Alekai has become today and celebrates this next chapter for Alekai and Hannah!

McKenna Gramzow

The year, 2022. The setting, the old nurses quarters for a tuberculosis hospital. The cast, McKenna and Hannah, two girls in their first year of college who haven't stopped getting into trouble together ever since. McKenna and Hannah have gotten into many interesting situations together, most of them lead to climbing trees or dancing in the middle of the sidewalk. This gremlin can often be found outside, grabbing various bugs to show to people, or demonstrating various wilderness survival techniques. If you are looking for McKenna during the reception, she is probably out fishing somewhere. I don't know where she found a lake, let alone a fishing pole, but I wouldn't put it past her.

Howdy, I'm Hayden. 6ft 3in, bearded since middle school, and friends with this solid brother Alekai. Apparently giver of great hugs, connoisseur of axes, smithy of bad jokes. The explorer of extremes, crafter of the culinary, jack of many trades, sentinel of secrets, mutt of the Lord, whispered of the world, thunderer of the tunes, and the diligent diabetic.

Hazel Evanoff

Taking the trophy for the bridesmaid who has known Hannah the longest, Hazel and Hannah have been friends for roughly the same amount of time as an average Sugar Glider's lifespan (7 years). Bonding over painting and hair tinsel, the two fueled each other's slight addictions to creating all sorts of random crafts at odd hours of the day. When not surrounded by the chaos of the family pets training for their WWE debut, Hazel loves reading, hanging out with her friends, and just generally being the coolest cat in town. If you end up standing awkwardly next to her while waiting in line for food, some fun conversation starters could include the following: "what makes something a sandwich?" and "what are your thoughts on wheat harvesting?".

Eli Kinkle is an incredibly talented artist who agreed to help Alekai with this wedding as he had nothing better to do that day. Meeting Alekai at a very young age, they bonded over their shared love for fun, killing time with video games, and playing hide and go seek. Now days, you can usually find both of them hiding away in a quiet part of whatever building they're in, sharing in each other's artistic interests and enjoying their peace and quiet.
