Apparently Walkway Over the Hudson is the World's Longest Elevated Pedestrian Bridge. We didn't walk the full 1.28 miles across, but we walked some of it and there are great views!
A fun market with cute shops and restaurants. There's a huge antique barn and some artwork along the paths between shops.
An awesome brewery right across the street from our venue (and owned by them as well). Try their Sap Sucker Beer created with sap from their own maple trees, or wait and try it at the wedding.
If you're looking for some hiking, check out Mohonk Preserve. We haven't personally hiked any trails but have heard great things.
We haven't hiked here either, but there are supposedly waterfalls, lakes, trails for hiking and biking, and even rock climbing.
If you're a history buff, Historic Huguenot Street provides guided tours along their ten-acre National Historic Landmark District where you can experience over 300 years of history. We haven't personally been, but it looks a lot like Old Sturbridge Village or the Plimoth Patuxet Plantation.
