I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The venue will accommodate all food allergies. Please let your server know at dinner service if there is an allergy they need to be aware of.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in cocktail attire for our celebration. Please note that the ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, weather permitting—so plan your footwear accordingly!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue for any guests who choose to drive.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation provided from the Inn at Bellefield in Hyde Park. If you are staying nearby and don’t want to drive, you can meet there for the bus at 3:30. There will be a bus returning to the hotel at the end of the reception as well as at the end of the after party.
