The Olive Grove - Camping

The venue is allowing us to camp on their private property for the night! If you would like to camp (in a trailer or tent), please just let us know so we can add you to the list. It is not a campground so the ground is a little uneven and there is no power or water hookups. We have access to the venue at 10am on the day of the wedding (August 28) so you are welcome to set up at any time. We have to be off of the property at 10am on Sunday. The bathrooms will be open all night but please make sure to bring a flashlight. Please note no dogs are allowed. Camping is permitted behind the parking lot. Our RV will be set up when you arrive so please set up near us.

Days Inn & Suites Edmonton Airport

For any guests who would prefer not to camp, we have secured a Group Booking rate of $71 plus taxes, per night, for the nights of August 27th and 28th at the Days Inn & Suites Edmonton Airport which is approximately a 25 minute drive to the venue. Guests may contact the hotel directly to book via phone (780-986-1760) or email (reservations.dil@royalhotelgroup.ca), using the Group Booking Code: 082721HAN to access the special rate. The special group rate applies to any of their standard 2-Queen Room or King Rooms. They also have King Suites, 2-Queen Suites, King Jacuzzi Suites, and Pet Friendly Rooms for an upgraded price.

If you are not camping at the venue, please arrange a ride home in advance either with a designated driver or pre-book a taxi. Please don't drink and drive.
