What’s the bar situation?
Answer
Check between your couch cushions, the top of your washing machine and your car cupholder because we're having a toonie bar! The bar accepts cash only and there is no ATM on the property.

I am camping. What do I need to know?
Answer
The Olive Grove is kindly allowing us to camp on their property for the night of the wedding. Set up is anytime after 10am on August 28 and we must be off the property by 10am on August 29. It is not a campground so there is no power or water hookups. Dogs are not allowed on the property so please leave all furry friends at home (even Max isn't invited to the wedding)! We will be camping behind the parking lot beside Spruce Lane. Our RV will be there when you arrive so set up near us.

Do you have a registry?

We are so excited to see you on our wedding day! For those of you wanting to get us a gift, that’s very sweet of you, but please don’t. We both had a toaster when we moved in together…and we both refuse to give ours up. So, if you would like to give us a gift, we would really appreciate a small donation to our honeymoon fund so we can negotiate our toaster situation over a couple bottles of wine in Jamaica!

Will the wedding be outside?
Answer
As long as it is not raining, the ceremony will be outside. If it is raining, we will move the ceremony into the tent. The reception will be in a large tent with an astroturf floor. Alberta's weather can be very unpredictable so please ensure you bring clothing for all scenarios!

Where are the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception are at the same place - a large tent at The Olive Grove which is located 25 minutes east of Edmonton. We will have a Beer & Bubbles Reception and lawn games available for guests after the ceremony while the wedding party and families take photos before the reception.

What time should we be there?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 3:30 pm (this is Hannah time...not Adam time so it will start then). We kindly ask guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior. The Reception will start at 6:00 pm so please ensure you’re at your table by 5:50 pm.

How do we get home?
Answer
Camping is available at the wedding and we encourage our guests to bring their RV or tent and stay the night. If you’re going home after the wedding, please pre-arrange a taxi or designated driver.

Can we bring our kids?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to COVID gathering restrictions, we are not inviting kids to the wedding.

Do I get a plus 1?
Answer
Due to COVID gathering restrictions we aren't able to add any additional guests to the wedding so can’t offer our guests a +1.
