Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are only having our nieces and nephews at the wedding. We hope this is a much deserved night off for you!

Can I bring a date or +1?

Answer

Due to limited space, we're only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your invitation. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or a suit and tie.

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

There are 100 spaces available at Deer Park Villa. You are able to pick up your car the next morning until 10 AM.

Will there be a shuttle to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, we will have buses carting folks to and from Embassy Suites San Rafael to the venue starting at 2:30 pm. Please check out the Travel page for more details

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We are expecting weather in the mid-60’s. We recommend bringing a light coat for the evening chill since it is an outdoor ceremony and reception.

What COVID health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

The health and safety of our guests are a top priority for us. We request that guests be fully up to date on their vaccinations and boosters by the time of our wedding.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Rafael Marin County. Please check our Travel page for more details.

Can I stay at an Airbnb or different hotel?

Answer

Of course. However, we do recommend staying at Embassy Suites San Rafael since there will be a shuttle to get you to and from the event. Unfortunately, in the later hours, Ubers/Lyfts are not as readily available.

What's the food situation?

Answer

We’ll be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious buffet dinner that includes vegetarian options. We will also have a dessert table for guests to serve themselves.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, & spirits) and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided during the cocktail hour as well as the reception. The bar will also be open at our After Party

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, they are both wheelchair accessible.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phone or cameras). The great gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do".
