Our Story
We met on Bumble in December 2018 while home for winter break. Before heading back to DC, Mack spent time in Chapel Hill with his friend Michael, hoping he could meet Hannah in person. Hannah was sick, but Mack successfully convinced her to see him before he left. He came to Hannah's freshman year dorm Ehringhaus Hall, where they talked until 4 AM.
The next month, Hannah drove to DC to spend a weekend with Mack. We officially began dating on February 16, 2019.
Hannah and Mack spent the summers together in DC and North Carolina, before officially closing the distance in January 2022, when Hannah moved to DC permanently. During this time, we've gotten two cats named Obi and Soki, and traveled to Spain, Italy, Morocco, across the Southwest and Pacific Northwest.
Mack proposed to Hannah on February 24, 2025 in Kanab, Utah at the Great Chamber. We are so excited to celebrate our seven years of love and adventures with our closest friends and family in Portugal!
