We have blocked out a limited number of cabins for our guests at the venue. You must stay a 3 night minimum 10/3-10/6. We have posted other recommendations in the area under the travel tab.
Bishop Airport (30 minutes away) Tahoe-Reno airport (3 hours away) Mammoth airport is very close but also very small and flights are easily cancelled due to weather so we would recommend avoiding this airport if possible!
Unfortently, due to the limited space at our venue unless your children are addressed when you type in your name under the “RSVP” section or under the age of 12 months we ask that you leave them at home and come enjoy a little vacation with us.
Unless specifically stated on your invitation or when you type your name into the “RSVP” section of this website only those addressed are invited to the wedding.
We will be up in the mountains so we recommend watching the weather report 2 weeks out and plan accordingly. We would recommend bringing a warm jacket and a white or black umbrella just in case!
Formal attire. We would love to see everybody in an array of fall colors, neutrals, or black for a sense of cohesiveness amongst the guests and wedding party.
The ceremony will be on grass so we would advise flats but the reception is indoors if you want to rock some heels then!
We do! You can find it under the registry tab on this website. We have lived together a long 10 years so we ask that you don’t buy us any house gifts but we have included a couple of different cash funds you can gift any amount you would like to help us start out married life.
We will be providing a stocked bar but it will be cash and carry. If you would like to partake in any drinking please make sure to have money on hand.
We will have a cash and carry bar and we will also be having a money dance at some point in the evening, so if you would like to participate have you big and small bills ready ;)
We are recommending that people get checked into their hotel the day before the wedding on 10/03.
Absolutely not! We would love to have you close by but we understand if you want to venture out more. Bishop and Mammoth Lakes are both 30 minutes away with tons of lodging options.
