What restaurants are there on the resort?

Answer

The Hard Rock Los Cabos has 8 restaurants! Reservations are highly recommended but are not mandatory, just remember that this is a resort that hosts large conferences/conventions with many people. Reservations can be made 2 days in advance. Is there transportation to and from the airport to Hard Rock Los Cabos?

Answer

Reference your confirmed booking that Ketti has sent you via email to see if she has added a shuttle service. The ride from the airport to the resort is about 40 minutes. Please note that companies such as UBER and LYFT do not have an operating license in Cabo and are illegal. They are not allowed at the airport or within a mile of the resort.

Where is the Church and the Reception at?

Answer

We will have maps of the resort marking the locations of both spaces upon your arrival. More information will come about the reception space when we get closer to the big day! The only thing you need to know is that everything is on the resort, no need to catch a ride anywhere!

Is it safe to travel outside the resort?

Answer

Cabo San Lucas currently has no travel restrictions and Mexico as a whole is at a level 2 for travel warnings "exercise caution". We encourage you to make the decision on your own if you would like to venture off the resort as Cabo is a beautiful place. Just like any public place, in the US or not, be aware of your surroundings.

What's the dress code?

Answer

While we are in paradise, we ask that you dress in cocktail attire. There won't be any activities happening on the sand/beach as the ceremony will be held in a Catholic Church (on-site) and reception close by. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white on our big day.

Are my kids allowed to come?

Answer

How many pools are there? Are there adult-only designated areas for pools?

Answer

There are 5 expansive pools at the resort. https://www.hardrockhotelloscabos.com/pools.htm Lyric Pool- This is the biggest pool at the resort with a safe children's area as well as adults. This pool hosts the principal water activities, live music, foam parties, and water slides. Eden Pool- Adult-only pool with a tranquil but luxury experience but a swim-up bar and snack area. Legendary Pool- For Hard Rock Legendary Guests only, this pool is surrounded by 13 cabanas and fire pits for a more intimate poolside lounging experience. Pulse Pool- This pool is located next to the main pool (Lyric) with easy access to Pizzeto. Rhythm Pool- This pool is located nearest to the ocean featuring sunbeds in the middle of the pool. Red Pool- Known for its name, this pool has a red floor to it an features a DJ booth in the center. SLIDE INFORMATION- Minimum height for the slides is 3'6". All children must be supervised by an adult. Children under 8 years are not allowed.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Absolutely! We do ask that only the people invited to the ceremony and reception are the ones in attendance since we have put down numbers for the exact number of people invited. We are more than happy to have them come celebrate during the dancing and after party portion of the night!
