Maid of Honor
Hanna and I became fast friends when I was accused of "ruining her potential" in acting class freshman year of high school. After apologizing for this heinous mishap, Hanna and I were inseparable. From sleepovers & endless inside jokes as teenagers, to sleepovers & inside jokes as roommates in our twenties; Hanna has become my sister. I am so lucky to have this privilege to stand by her side as she marries Doug, who started out as the guy Hanna made out with on her birthday, but is now her greatest love.
Best Man
I have had the pleasure of growing up alongside Doug since meeting in 8th grade history class and we always knew how to have fun. We clowned our way through Piada with the boys. Partied Yalloquitz style through high school and college. Camped around Michigan together. Now we get to have a new kind of fun as our families are forming and we enter the next phase of life together. I am honored to stand by Doug on his wedding day and look forward to seeing where life takes us next.
Matron of Honor
Terranne and Hanna crossed paths multiple times in the hallways of Churchill High School, but it wasn’t until they sat next to each other in the auditorium during Little Shop of Horrors rehearsals that they finally met. Since then it has been 15 years of experiences ranging from painting a car for a One Direction contest, watching the director’s cut of the Outsiders, to hiking Mailbox Peak in Seattle (and stopping by the twilight museum). Terranne cannot wait to be a part of Hanna’s special day.
Best Man
Doug and I have been brothers for a long time, which means we’ve gotten into more questionable situations than I’m willing to put in writing. Somehow, we’ve always made it out alive, and that feels worth mentioning. Doug and I have made many memories we still laugh about. Doug’s always been in my corner, and that’s all that really needs to be said. I’m looking forward to standing with him on his big day when he marries Han-Man (my pickleback shot partner in crime), and I’m very much looking forward to celebrating this big night with great people.
Bridesmaid
I was blessed to have met Hanna freshman year of highschool where we soon became inseparable best friends. We had many late nights driving to tacobell and ordering the whole menu, breaking into her parents locked drink fridge, watching the weirdest horror movies (thanks to me), endless hours of just dance, and so many more amazing memories. I am so honored to be standing at Han’s side when she marries Doug. Love you both so much! Cheers to forever 🥂
Groomsman
I first met Doug in Junior High School through the best man, Phil. What stood out to me as we became good friends was not only how frugal (we used to call it CHEAP) he is, but his approach to life and memories. I remember high school summers where more than once, Doug would get us to take it all in by saying something like, "these are the times we're going to look back on". He was right. Now when I look back on the those times, driving aimlessly around all of Macomb county, or attempting to crash Dakota's homecoming, I think of Doug at the time, pushing to make the most out of life while he's living it.
Bridesmaid
Mary and Hanna have been friends since freshman year acting class, when they had to star in a truly terrible rendition of the Greek play Lysistrata (in retrospect, a completely weird plot for high schoolers to be doing by the way). Their friendship is the classic tall friend/short friend pairing (think Kevin Hart and The Rock, only cooler). Whether it’s playing bodyguard against potentially weird facebook marketplace sellers, watching bizarre horror movies, being gym rats, or evangelizing their mutual love of the criminally underrated A Goofy Movie, Hanna and Mary have shared many a wild adventure together. She is so thrilled to see Hanna so happy and excited to be a part of she and Doug’s big day!

In 2009 I met this shaggy redhead and had no idea he would turn into one of my best friends. In those 17 years, Doug and I always seemed to locate where the fun was; whether that be a beach (bonus points for Michigan lakes) or my run down porch at my old college house. During this time Doug met this wonderful woman named Hanna and was kind enough to introduce us to her. Since then she’s been nothing but an absolute blessing in both Doug’s life and mine. I wish for nothing but the absolute best for Mr. & Mrs. Marlow! Congratulations!!!!!!

I met Hanna in high school in CAPA, where our friend group & sisterhood began. Now, over fifteen years later, I couldn’t be more excited to celebrate the love of Hanna & Doug❤️ cheers to this next chapter of life and love!

Doug and I have been great friends for the past 5 years. Within the first 5 minutes, I knew he’d be my brother for life. He’s the guy who will always be in your corner, supporting through all the highs and lows in life. I’m blessed to call him not only my friend, but my brother. I was there the night Hanna and Doug met…a life changing night. You could see the spark since the first hello, and I’ve had the pleasure to see them grow into an unstoppable love for each other. Honored to celebrate this special day for such a beautiful couple that holds a special place in my heart. Love you both and cheers to the next chapter!

Kim and Hanna met for the first time at summer theatre camp, but their friendship truly blossomed at Churchill High School in their performing arts program. It’s only natural that a friendship born in the spotlight would be full of outrageous moments, chaotic stories, and constant laughter. Kim is so honored to stand by Hanna and Doug’s side at their wedding, and she’s already rehearsing her moves for the dance floor!

I am so honored to be able to stand up next to Doug on this very special day. We have developed a really close friendship over the recent years, and I knew the second I met him, he would be a friend for life. Doug is one of the most insightful and passionate people I know, always bringing life to the party. He has found an amazing woman in Hanna, and I am beyond excited to be there with them as they begin their journey together throughout life!

Who knew that our most hated professor would actually be a blessing in disguise. Hanna and I first met at Accepted Students Day in Grad School. Little did I know her mission was to make us besties. From Iridocyclitis and our love of vines to me almost getting punched in the face from scaring her (I now know to never ever do that), Hanna is one of a kind. She’s kind, selfless, beautiful, admirable, caring, loving, hilarious, and so much more. Words don’t do her justice. What else is one of a kind? Her love for Dougie Fresh. Thank you Doug, for making my Hanna the happiest I’ve ever seen her. That’s the greatest gift you’ve given her and I cannot wait to be part of your special day.

I’ve known Doug since high school, back when he was friends with my younger brother Mike and the rest of the group. Being the older brother, I got pulled in too, and I’ve been looking out for these guys ever since; Doug included. Over the years, Doug and I have been through just about every phase of life together: school, college, bad decisions, big wins, careers, investments, and everything in between. There have been plenty of crazy adventures along the way, and a lot of milestones that shaped who we are now. Through it all, there’s always been a strong sense of mutual respect between us. Doug’s loyal, dependable, and someone you can count on no matter what. I’m proud of the man he’s become and proud to stand next to him as he takes this next step with Hanna, who he’s lucky to have by his side. I’m looking forward to celebrating with everyone and making this another unforgettable chapter for the group.

Hanna and I met at NMU in 2017. we were in the same major so we had a few classes together. We had a lot of study sessions in her on campus apartment, fueled by one direction music and late night taco bell runs in her van, Herman. one of my favorite memories is the time I spilled trail mix in her couch and months later we were still finding peanuts in between the cushions 😂 Hanna matches my snark and my dark sense of humor better than anyone, which is why she is still one of my best friends. I love you and I am so excited to share this day with you and Doug! DUNWOODEH!

I remember the first time I saw Doug and Hanna together. It was on a pedal pub in downtown Detroit. Let’s just say we all had a great time, and Hanna may have had a bit too much tequila. But what I also saw was Doug taking the time to make sure she was okay and to care for her. I’ve come to learn that is who Doug is, someone who is caring and always there for you, as he has been for me many times. And since that pedal pub, I have had the privilege of seeing Doug and Hanna’s beautiful relationship grow into what it is today. I just know that on the day of, we will celebrate with a shot of tequila!

I met Hanna back in college through our mutual friend, Bri, and we connected immediately. We quickly bonded over our shared love of Harry Potter, our frequent craft nights, and our mutual appreciation for a good bread bowl. Hanna is a truly remarkable person, she is caring, compassionate, and incredibly strong. When she loves someone, her love is fierce and loyal. She is someone I not only look up to but am so deeply proud to call my friend.

For almost my entire life, my closest cousin has been Hanna. I remember countless stories of both her and Emma, which have left me gasping for air from laughing too hard. Hanna has always made me smile through her stories and always hanging out with me and my siblings. I will always hold these memories dearly, as they always bring me joy! My first time meeting Doug was also a pleasure. Through his attitude and the way that he carried himself, I could tell that Doug would fit in perfectly with our family. I am so excited for his and Hanna’s future together!

I met Hanna when I was 1 week old, and she was 12. While I don't remember this moment, I'm sure it was magical for her! To me, Hanna is not only my older cousin but also my older sister. As I grew up, she always seemed to be there, even when I was little and would tell her, “I don't really like you”. That’s how she’s always been: kind, strong, and always there. From graduating elementary school, middle school, and later this year, high school, she has always supported me, being an amazing example of a strong, intelligent, and independent woman. While I’ve only known Doug for a couple years, he’s been an amazing addition to the family, even threatening to “beat up any guy” for me. I’ve seen the effect he has had on Hanna, and that has been an amazing one, where she’s been so happy, excited, and confident. I am so honored to be a part of their special day!

I met Doug working in VO at Nissan, and at some point that turned into me letting him move into my condo. From there, we became close friends pretty quickly. Doug’s someone you can always count on, and I’m proud to call him a friend. If I had any advice for Hanna and Doug, it’d be to keep doing what they’ve always done; show up for each other and make time for the people around them. I’m mostly just looking forward to the wedding day itself. All our friends will be there, the energy’s going to be unreal, and it’s going to be one hell of a party. I’m proud to be standing up there with Doug and Hanna.

I have known Hanna my whole life as a cousin but more like a big sister. I’m so happy and excited to be spending one of the biggest days of her life with her and am thrilled to welcome Doug to the family!

All my life, Hanna has been a wonderful cousin. She has never failed to make me laugh and always brings a great energy every time I see her. Doug has also been a wonderful addition to family gatherings, and I am so excited to officially welcome him into the family! I am truly honored to be a part of such a special day for Hanna and Doug! Congratulations!!
