11/1/2019 - Our first photo together, taken in Liz’s Beacon Hill apartment before Rocky Horror. Chris was a good sport about meeting Liz’s cousins and almost all her Boston-area friends that night.

1/4/2020 - Our first trip together to Loon Mountain in New Hampshire. With Chris’ encouragement, Liz returned to the slopes for the second time after a ten-year-long break from skiing.

2/22/2020 - Chris' first Mardi Gras celebration, and one of our last outings before COVID-19 arrived.

Summer 2020 - We spent much of the first summer of the pandemic on Liz's parents' boat. Chris got very familiar with both Liz's family and an oyster shucking knife.

9/23/2020 - Six months into the pandemic, our romance was still going strong. Chris is as charming as he is thoughtful.

3/22/2021 - Our first trip to Chicago. Liz met Chris' parents for the first time on this trip.

10/9/2021 - A month after we moved into our Teele Square apartment, Chris gained further appreciation for how seriously Liz takes Halloween.

1/9/2022 - We met our cat, Tony Cello, for the first time. He tricked us into thinking he's a sweet boy.

1/27/2022 - It quickly became apparent that he is not always a sweet boy.

5/29/2022 - Our first trip to New Orleans together to celebrate Liz's college friends' wedding. We clean up nice.

7/1/2022 - Admiring the redwoods while visiting Chris' parents in California.

4/15/2023 - Chris learned to love spring skiing, like this 70 degree day at Sugarbush, VT.

5/20/2023 - Our first trip to the Azores, where Chris' maternal family is from.

4/8/2024 - We watched the total solar eclipse with friends and family trailside at Sugarbush in Vermont.

Spring/Summer 2024 - We got really into bowling and started dragging down the average age and score at our local alley.

5/11/2024 - Quahog Wild's debut performance at Somerville Porchfest.

7/13/2024 - Liz proposed after Chris exhausted himself mountain biking all day in East Burke, VT. He wasn't thinking straight.

7/21/2024 - One week later, feeling the time pressure, Chris got his act together and reciprocrated Liz's proposal in Gloucester, MA, after a day of beach-hopping.

8/18/2024 - Over the course of two days, we hiked Mount Washington, the highest peak in the northeastern United States.

10/21/2024 - Our first trip to China together. We traveled to Shanghai, Nantong, and Hangzhou to celebrate our friends' Chinese wedding ceremony.

2/8/2025 - Chris can mostly keep up with Liz in the glades these days. We've upgraded our ski gear since our first ski trip together.

3/1/2025 - Liz talks a big game about being in "a real marching band" with "8-to-5 steps," but she's not above playing with the scatter band at Chris' alma mater, Brown University.
