Alex is Hank's partner in crime. She works at Kendra Scott as an Assistant Manager, as well as the Events Coordinator for her store. In her free time, Alex likes to read/write, play Animal Crossing and watch her favorite shows while snuggling their puppies, Zelda (Jiddy) and Link (Linky Lou). Fun Fact: Hank and Alex have really enjoyed and gotten into OrangeTheory Fitness during their engagement, to get ready for the wedding and to get healthier!

Hank Newton

Groom

Hank is Alex's better half. He is caring, funny and keeps Alex grounded when she starts getting flustered (which is a common occurrence). In his free time, Hank enjoys seeing his favorite bands live, playing Magic the Gathering (MTG) and hanging out with all of his friends. Fun Fact: Hank gets to travel for a living all over the country and plays MTG wherever he goes!

AJ Del Bene

AJ is a friend of Hank's since college, where they studied the same subject: Classics. He lives in Boston, MA with his partner, Nhien. He is currently pursuing a degree in law. Hank and AJ have bonded on their equal love of whiskey.

Kelsey Haendel

Maid of Honor

Kelsey is Alex's younger sister. Alex and Kelsey are extremely close to one another. If Alex is not spilling tea with Hank, she is doing it with Kel! Fun Fact: Kelsey is the only one in our immediate family that is not born in October and the only one to not attend UC (even if for a short period).

Kenzie Veith

Maid of Honor

Kenzie is one of Alex's best friends and is a very talented hair stylist! Alex and Kenzie met in an unconventional way through working with one another at Kohl's and the two of them have been inseparable ever since. Fun Fact: Alex and Kenzie now live 7 minutes away from one another!

Sarah Peery

Sarah is Alex's longest friend she has had and they met at church in Sunday School! They grew up going on mission trips and choir tours together throughout high school. Alex was actually a part of Sarah’s wedding too! Fun Fact: Next year, Alex and Sarah will celebrate being friends for 20 years!

Caitlin Dutton

Caitlin is the life of the party and is an absolute joy to be around. Alex met Caitlin through Hank and they have been great friends ever since they first met! Caitlin is currently a Nurse Practitioner at Ideal Image and is married to Quinn, who you will read about later in this page. They live in their newly built house with their two pups: Frodo and Sammy.

Alex met Caitlin through Hank and they hit it off quite quickly! They have bonded on both planning weddings at the same time by giving each other tips through each of their planning processes Caitlin will be married to Rob (one of Hank’s best friends) by the time that we will be getting married. Congrats to them as well! Caitlin currently lives in Michigan with Rob and their fur baby, Olive (follow her @olive.chorkie for updates).

Rob Vargo

Best Man

Rob is one of Hank's best friends. They met each other in college through mutual friends. After both of them graduated college, they had become roommates and solidified their relationship even more. Rob currently lives in Boston, MA with his fiancee, Caitlin, and their dog, Olive.

Pat Hamelberg

Best Man

Pat is Hank's other best friend, who lives in Cincinnati. Hank and Pat met each other through Rob. When they hang out with one another, Hank and Pat enjoy seeing rock concerts and visiting new breweries with one another. Hank and Pat have been to Europe together to see Powerwolf and visit the BrewDog Brewery in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Fun fact: Pat and Hank work together too (you'll notice this trend among our friend group).

Quinn Dutton

Quinn and Hank met through their mutual friend, Billy. They currently work together at Unlimited Systems and foster their friendship with the following items: - Their love of Magic The Gathering - Their love of Lord of the Rings - Attending the same school: Xavier Fun Fact: Hank and Quinn share the same birth date!!

Will Albrecht

Groomsman

Hank and Will met at Xavier in a Roman History. They go to metal concerts together and would connect with music, Magic the Gathering, and comic books during their all-nighters at Xavier. Fun Fact: Will and Hank have met the band Mastodon together.

Billy Bittman

Groomsman

Hank and Billy met through mutual friends at Xavier. They have become great friends from the following activities: - Playing Magic the Gathering together with mutual friends, including Quinn - Having late night deeper conversations - Getting into shenanigans with Pat and Rob

Tom Newton

Groomsman

Tom is Hank's older brother. They attended homeschooling together, led by their father, and have kindled their relationship with common interests (board games, movies, video games). Fun Fact: Hank and Tom went on a brotherly trip to Point Pleasant, WV to see all of the sights where Moth Man supposedly appears and visited the Moth Man museums.

Josh Cupp

Usher

Hank met Josh through Pat. They lived together at Tusculum View Apartments (what Hank and Alex claim to be their first home) prior to Alex moving in with Hank. Josh and Hank are in a fantasy football league together and reminisce fondly on living together and watching Mystery Science Theater 3000.

Devon Mckenzie

Usher

Hank and Devon met through mutual friends at Xavier. Devon currently lives in Cincinnati with his fiancee, Megan, and their adopted fur baby, Paris. Devon is the party animal of Guy's Night and is a part of their friend's football fantasy league. Fun Fact: Pat and Devon are from the same town of Delaware, Ohio.
