We did not meet in the most conventional of ways (school, mutual friends, meet-cute, etc.) but through a dating app -- Hinge. But it was love at first swipe! Hank had asked Alex on our first date to Condado Tacos next to Great American Ballpark and MadTree Brewing and the rest is history!

We took the next step in our relationship by adding a third part to our little family: Zelda Mae! She is the spunky little girl that keeps us on our feet!

After having Zelda for a while, we started to notice how bored Zelda would get during her time home with dad (Hank works from home). While just going back to the same facility that we had adopted Zelda from, we noticed a Great Dane mix --then named Roderick-- just healing from stitches. Zelda and --now Link-- had gotten along swimmingly at their meet and greet and we had brought him home that day! He now is mom's hip attachment and snuggle buddy.

We had an apartment we had both lived in at the beginning of our relationship --we refer to it by Handman, the street it was located off of-- it had hosted a majority of our firsts, including when Hank had first told Alex that he loved her. There were candles lighting up a pathway up to Hank with pictures from all throughout our relationship lined up, where he popped the question! We celebrated our engagement in the only fashion that we know: Condado tacos and MadTree beer/Scratch Mules!
