When should I RSVP by?

Answer

While we are not requesting RSVPs until July 20th, please let us know ASAP if you are unable to attend so we may adjust our planning.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we wish we could invite everyone, we are limited on the number of people we are able to host. Please refer to your invitation to determine if we are able to include your significant other!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all the kiddos in our life so much, but we want you to be able to relax and enjoy the wedding events. The wedding will be no kids, but if they are coming for the weekend they are welcome at Welcome Drinks and Goodbye Bagels! If they are not coming, we can't wait to hang with the kids the next time we see you! Alderbrook recommends a childcare vendor, Stay and Play Childcare LLC, and you can contact them at 360-362-9800.

Are dogs welcome?

Answer

There are a limited number of dog-friendly rooms at the Alderbrook and it is a dog friendly resort. While dogs will not be invited to any of the wedding events, you may call early and see if there are any remaining dog friendly rooms for the weekend.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

All wedding events will be at the same location as the hotel block, so we will not be arranging transportation for events. We encourage you to stay onsite! If you are staying offsite, there are limited Ubers and Lyfts in Union. There will be parking available for those driving to the events.
