When should I RSVP by?

Arrival Time & Parking for Wedding Day

Answer

ARRIVAL TIME: Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early (by 3:30). There is a short walk from the parking area and we would like everyone seated 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. PARKING: Guests will be directed to park alongside the shoulder of Nature Camp Trail, the road leading into Nature Camp. This will leave a 0.2 mile walk (~5 minutes), over the bridge and up the road, into Camp. Please factor walking time into your arrival time. *A limited number of closer parking spaces are available for those with mobility concerns (if this is you, let us know in your RSVP).

What is the dress code?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception will be Dressy Casual attire and will be primarily outdoors. When choosing what to wear, keep in mind that it may be chilly in the mountains in October and the ground may be uneven in places. Please wear practical shoes and bring a warm layer with you!

Can I bring a "plus-one?"

Please refer to your invitation regarding plus-ones/dates.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Generally, this will be an adults-only wedding, with the exception of the wedding party & any breastfeeding infants (12 months & under).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, there is a place to indicate dietary needs & preferences when you RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

No. Guests will need to provide transportation for themselves to and from the venue. Carpooling is encouraged. Cabs/Uber/Lyft do not service this area. If driving at the end of the night is a concern, please stick around as long as you need to get home safely, or consider staying the night at Camp (even if it's a last minute decision)!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

We will hold a "Welcome Gathering" on Friday, October 10th, 6:00-8:00pm. All are welcome! Please see the "Order of Events" tab for more information.

What will happen in the case of inclement weather?

Answer

Although we would rather ~not even consider~ this possibility, if there is inclement weather come wedding day, we'll shift gears and move whatever events necessary into the shelter of the dining hall on site (but of course, we won't need to do this, because it's going to be the most spectacularly gorgeous, hospitable, October day)!
