Welcome Gathering

Casual Attire - anything from jeans-to-dresses - you do you!
We are holding this *optional* gathering the evening before our wedding to provide opportunity for additional quality time with our guests. Although all are welcome to join, please feel no obligation! This informal evening will include light refreshments, ice cream sundaes, bonfires and good company. PARKING: Friday night, guests may parallel park anywhere along the main road through Nature Camp. There are also a few small parking lots that can be utilized as you drive further into Camp (one to the right, next to Deeds Memorial Pavilion and another at the end of the road). There is just the one main road that stretches through Camp, so you shouldn't have any issues navigating your way!

Ceremony

Dressy Casual Attire - dresses, jumpsuits, button-ups, blouses, slacks, tie-optional, practical shoes, etc.
Our Ceremony be held outdoors in Reeves Memorial Chapel. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early (by 3:30). There is a short walk (0.2 miles) from the parking area and we would like everyone seated 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. *A limited number of closer parking spaces are available for those with mobility concerns (if this is you, let us know in your RSVP).

Immediately following the ceremony, we'll have light appetizers and refreshments, followed by dinner and festivities! EVENING EVENTS: 5:00-5:45 - Appetizers & Refreshments 5:45 - Newlywed's Entrance & First Dance 6:00-7:00 - Dinner & Toasts 7:00-8:00 - "Power Hour" (dancing!) 8:00 - Cake Cutting & Dessert 8:15-10:00- "Unwind Time" (drinks, sitting by the fire, star gazing, photo & craft stations, acoustic jam circle, communing with nature). 10:00 - We'll ~formally~ wrap things up, but encourage all to leave as early or late as you'd like!
