Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing transportation from the hotel. A bus will leave from the Hampton Inn in downtown Winston-Salem (235 N Cherry Street) at 4:40pm sharp. It will return after the wedding and will do a drop off at The Trophy Room for those who want to go out before dropping off back at the Hampton Inn. (Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown) to the farm, and back to the hotel.

Is there parking if I drive myself?

Answer

Yes, we have parking areas that are about 100 yards from the ceremony and reception location. Be prepared to walk on grass and gravel.

Are there driving instructions I should follow?

Answer

Yes. When you put the farm address in your GPS from Winston-Salem, choose the highway route (421 to 158) and check Waze for traffic ahead of time. There is construction on 158 and sometimes they have it down to one lane. When you turn onto Sullivantown Road from Main Street, the farm will be about a mile down on your right. You'll see a large soybean field on your left, and a large white barn on your right. The turn into the farm has a Sullivan Farm sign and is by the barn. Parking is in the gravel area and driveway around the barn.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:30pm. Please be seated by 5:15pm. There is some shade, but the ceremony location is mostly in the sun.

Are plus-ones allowed?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration.
