Suhhel and Hana met in 8th grade when Hana moved from Charleston, SC to Waxhaw, NC. They became inseparable in 9th and 10th grade and practically spent every weekend at each other's houses before Hana moved back to Mount Pleasant in 2016. Even with the distance, they have remained best friends and each other's biggest supporters. Suhhel and Hana were eventually reunited when Hana moved back to Charlotte for PA school in 2023, as Suhhel remained in the area finishing her master's degree at UNCC.
Bart Davis
Best Man
Bart and Grayson met in the hospital shortly after Grayson's birth, and have been inseparable ever since. As a dad, Bart was responsible for getting Grayson interested in video games, sports, and the Carolina Panthers specifically. After Grayson graduated college, he and Bart can be found discussing whether Clemson or the Panthers will be good, playing ping pong, or Bart will be recommend an obscure movie that ends up being great.
Megan Ranalli
Maid of Honor
Megan and Hana met their freshman year at Clemson. Both played clarinet in Tiger Band and lived in the high rise dormitories. They really bonded over statistics, just ask Megan if it was her favorite class. Their friendship grew even stronger when they moved off campus near one another and made sure to take 8 AM physics and organic chemistry together for 2 semesters. They continued their friendship through trauma bonding as CNAs together both at a nursing home and even on the same floor of the hospital. Hana and Megan both went to PA school, remaining close friends, even from afar.
Alex Manno
Best Man
Alex (also goes by AJ) and Grayson met in Middle School band as they happened to sit next to each other (Alex played flute and Grayson played oboe), and bonded over playing the same video games. Since then, they've basically been joined at the hip, both participating in high school marching band, both attending Clemson and rooming together, and both joining the same fraternity at Clemson. In recent years, Alex has completed med school and is currently in residency in Florence, SC. While he is quite busy as a resident, he and Grayson keep in touch and still meet up frequently.
Andra Cummings

Andra and Hana met freshman year of college at Clemson, as they lived in Lever Hall and Andra was also in Tiger Band as a member of the color guard. Andra and Hana became much closer friends when they became roommates for junior and senior year. Andra moved to Columbia, SC after graduation but the two were able to remain close friends with scheduled monthly get-togethers sponsored by the South Carolina Judicial system, as Hana had jury duty in Columbia.
Matthew Guerriere
Groomsman
Matthew and Grayson met in the summer of 2020 when Grayson was visiting Hana at her family's home in Charleston. They quickly discovered a shared interest in video games, card games, and sports, which makes for easy conversation anytime Hana and Grayson visit. One other shared "interest" between the two is a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta that Grayson sold to Matthew, which immediately started falling apart in the salty Charleston air. Grayson promises the car wasn't a lemon, but Matthew may have some doubts.
Ansley Davis

Ansley is the younger sister of Grayson, who also happens to be the same age as Hana. Hana and Ansley officially met at a tailgate, but soon discovered they were actually in the same organic chemistry class. They have many similar interests, such as reading and medicine, as Ansley is currently in medical school. While their original connection was Grayson, the two have developed a strong friendship beyond sibling requirement that which was built upon similar interests. Now, during disagreements, it is usually Ansley and Hana v Grayson!
Stone Holt

Stone and Grayson met in college at Clemson, both being members of the same fraternity. They became great friends over the summer of 2017, with Stone having an internship near Greenville and Grayson having a co-op in Clemson, which led to many weekends spent playing video games together. They were roommates in college and shortly after, before Stone moved to Dallas and eventually Boston. While they only see each other in person once or twice a year, they still play video games together every Tuesday to keep in touch.
Sadie Gonzales

Sadie and Hana met freshman year of college at Clemson and were both in Tiger Band, with Sadie marching mellophone. Sadie and Hana both grew up in the Low Country and even attended Region Band their senior year, although they did not know one another at the time. They grew even closer throughout their time at Clemson, bonding over medicine, humor, cats, and have stayed close, even with Sadie moving to New York to attend a podiatry program.
Chris Nahum
Groomsman
Chris and Grayson met in college at Clemson, both being members of the same fraternity. Some early shared interests for both of them was the Dragon Ball Super card game and Dungeons and Dragons, both of which Chris got Grayson into. Chris and Grayson were roommates in college, stayed in touch after graduation, and eventually both ended up living in Charlotte. They meet up frequently today for DnD, Marvel Champions, or other board gaming.
Jackie Liu

Jackie and Hana met on the second day of PA school and the rest is history. They sat next to each other during class, carpooled, and spent weekends running together. They have totally opposite personalities but together make the "perfect" person. One knows the other's and their own schedules by heart and tells the other where to go and when to be there. We'll let you guess which one is which.
Jay Sridharan

Jay and Grayson met in college at Clemson, both being members of the same fraternity (promise this is the last time I say that). Jay and Grayson were both very opinionated in the fraternity and frequently disagreed, but ended up as close friends because of that. Jay and Grayson mostly bonded over Dungeons and Dragons and fantasy football outside of the fraternity, and still keep in touch over those hobbies today. While Jay moved out to Dallas and eventually Boston, they always make sure to catch up whenever one of the two is in town.
Matilda Seay

Matilda "Tild" and Hana "Han" originally met in 4th grade but did not become close friends until junior year of high school when Hana moved back to Charleston. Matilda was also in band and in the clarinet section. Most summer nights would be spent at Matilda's house, Hana's house, or the beach with some mention of "Big Red," Matilda's 1990's manual Honda CRV with a picnic table in the back. The two have been close friends since, even with Matilda studying abroad in Peru for a whole year!
Rob Thurlby

Rob and Grayson met in the World of Warcraft, both joining the same raiding guild. They started playing in a weekly dungeon group together in 2021, and have been meeting every week since then to play video games of some kind, whether WoW, League of Legends, or some other flavor of the week. Rob lives out in Wisconsin, but he and Grayson have met in person a few times and makes a point to meet up whenever they are going to be in the same state.
Katherine Simmons

Katherine and Hana, AKA Hillynilly, met junior year of high school due to playing clarinet in marching band as well. At first, Katherine did not like Hana but that quickly thawed and they became best friends. They carpooled to school junior year, hung out most weekends, and made many trips to Jimmy Johns. Even with Hana going to college 4 hours away, they have remained close friends and always make sure to catch up whenever the other is in town.
Rachael Hinsch

Rachael is the older sister of Hana. Rachael has always been a great role model and someone Hana looks up to. Grayson met Rachael, her husband Michael, and their daughter Ava when visiting them in Dallas in 2024. He quickly realized how many similarities Rachael and Hana share, including their immense kindness and love for one another. When deciding who would officiate their wedding, they could not imagine it being anyone else.
