Please RSVP for the Welcome Party and the Wedding as early as possible, but we ask that all RSVPs are completed by August 24th to allow us and our vendors time to plan accordingly.
The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal attire. For men, suits, suit jacket, or a nice collared shirt with a tie is sufficient. For ladies, dresses, pantsuits, or jumpsuits are preferred. However, the terrain is inclined with gravel, so thicker heels will be better. In addition, all guests are encouraged to bring comfortable shoes for the reception, as it will be sneaker friendly!
While we would love for everyone to be included, there is limited availability. Therefore, we only have accommodations for the guests listed on the invitations.
Due to a limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate any children that are not in the wedding party. We hope you are still able to celebrate and enjoy a night off from the kids!
The Welcome Party is a drop-in event to kick-off the wedding weekend. Feel free to stop by anytime between 7:30-9:30 and stay for as long as you would like. There will be light snacks and alcohol served, but no dinner. It would be best to make dinner plans and explore Asheville before or after.
Yes, at the wedding we will have an open bar that serves beer, wine, and alcoholic seltzers for the cocktail hour and reception. While we will not have liquor at the Wedding, there is a full bar at the Welcome Party so you can get your favorite cocktails there.
We have a hotel block at the Fairfield in Weaverville. More information and a link to the website is under the Travel page of our website.
We are providing transportation from the hotel to the wedding venue to allow guests to enjoy the day without worrying about traveling back home in the evening. However, for those who like to drive, there is parking at the wedding venue. Please see the Travel page of our website for more information.
