Pick up for Wedding Ceremony: Please note these times are when the shuttle will be departing from each listed location ● 3:15 PM - Courtyard Marriott Front Entrance ● 3:20 PM - Holiday Inn Front Entrance ● 3:30 PM - Hampton Inn Departure from Perry Hotel (wedding reception) to Courtyard Marriott, Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn ● 9 PM - 12 AM the shuttle will be departing the Perry Hotel every half hour to take guests to their hotels as needed ● Last shuttle route LEAVES the Perry Hotel at 12 AM (midnight) no transportation will be offered by the wedding after that

The Perry requires a 2-night minimum to book. If the hotel says there are no more rooms available please let Hannah know ASAP, we can block more off if needed. All rooms must be booked by 6/7/2025 to receive the group rate. Travel Note
Ubers are limited in Petoskey. Consider staying onsite (Stafford's Perry Hotel) if this could be an issue. Any other lodging off site will need to coordinate their own transportation. To note - The Apple Tree Inn does offer complimentary shuttle services to and from their hotel as well until midnight.
