This will be a casual, in-formal opportunity to get to see everyone before the big day, for anyone planning to get into town the night before. The Back Lot is an indoor/outdoor beer garden with food trucks and drinks. Please feel free to stop by and hang out if you are in town Friday!
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Dress according to weather as this event will be outdoors. We recommend semi-formal or formal attire; but ultimately just want you to be comfortable.
Ceremony will start promptly at 4 PM in the Rose Garden Veranda of the Perry Hotel. There will be a shuttle picking up at the Courtyard Marriott and Hampton Inn starting at 3 PM, the final shuttle will pick up at 3:45 PM. Cocktail hour to follow immediately after where small bites and drinks will be served.
4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Dress according to weather as this event will be outdoors. We recommend semi-formal or formal attire; but ultimately just want you to be comfortable.
The reception will start immediately following cocktail hour, starting with dinner at 6 PM and going into dancing all night! A shuttle will start at 9 PM for any guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott/Holiday Inn/Hampton Inn, with last pick up at 11:30 PM.
11:00 pm
All guests are welcome to end the night with drinks at the Noggin Room Pub after the reception. This is located at the Perry Hotel (same location as the reception), just at their Dive Bar beneath the hotel! Pizza will be served for late night bites.
