This photo was taken the day after we proposed to each other. (We had to wait for Daniel's ring to arrive!)

We met in 2014 when we were both cast on a musical improv team at The People's Improv Theatre. We named the team VERN and have performed weekly together for over 5 years.

The night of our engagement we went to MSG to see the Hootie and The Blowfish tour featuring Katie's favorite band, Barenaked Ladies.

We get to do lots of strange gigs together. Being zombies at a movie premiere was one of our faves.

We first wanted to smooch when VERN was featured at the Out Of Bounds Comedy Festival in Austin, TX (circa 2016).

Katie and Daniel created a 2 person musical improv show in 2015, called What Town? The Musical. Over 25 "towns" later, it is still one of their favorite shows to improvise. www.whattownthemusical.com
