Alaina and I met freshman year of college and later became roommates. During the years that we lived together we had countless wine nights, deep conversations about any and everything, came up with the most ridiculous jokes, went on spur of the moment adventures, and everything in between. She is fiercely loyal, a world class encourager, and is truly one of the funniest people I know. She is an absolute treasure, and I am honored to have her by my side on my big day!

Me and Jacob met one day at work at DBAT Carrollton. I remember the first conversation we had he talked about Lily and how they just had their first date. I could tell he really liked her, I had just met him and I thought they’d been together for years. Since that day Jacob and me have been like brothers. Whether we were playing PlayStation together, watching marvel movies, or going to coach baseball together. That conversation led to him being my best man at my wedding and now I look forward to being the best man at his wedding. The bond I have created with Jacob is something I cherish everyday and i wouldn’t trade it for the world. I wish nothing but happiness and a long life together for Lily and Jacob. Love you brother!

I won the "random freshman year roommate" lottery when I was assigned the same dorm room as Taylor. We have been best friends since we met, and she is truly one of a kind. She was my go-to when I needed an ear, advice, wanted someone to run errands with, or was just bored and wanted company. She is the most driven and hardworking person I know, and if you ask any of our old roommates, one of the funniest people you'll come cross. She is sincere, kind, and down to earth. I couldn't imagine having anyone else by my side!

Me and Jacob met at South Georgia State. We roomed next door to each other and found common ground through baseball and the Georgia Bulldogs! As we quickly hit it off it was like we were brothers, we did everything together and decided to attend Lagrange college together! At Lagrange me and Jacob remained tight and apart of the baseball team along with joining Southcrest Church, which eventually is how he met Lily! We worked with the student ministry and while at camp in PCB I got the chance to lead Jacob to Christ, then we truly became brothers! I would not be where I am without his friendship, we have been through deaths of family and friends and now to being the best men at each other’s weddings. Jacob is so much more than just a friend, our bond will always be stronger than blood!

If you've spent extended amounts of time with me, there is a good chance you've heard me talk about Morgan. She is incredibly smart, but is also incredibly humble, so you'll never hear that from her. She is exceedingly loyal, bubbly, and is always quick to help others and stand up for what is right. I am beyond thankful to be able to call her one of my best friends.

Jacob and I met in Dr. Shirley's class at LaGrange College. We bonded instantly over sarcasm and efficient laziness in class. The last two years of undergrad were only made possible our friendship, especially in all of our history classes. Our friendship 100% is one of the biggest reasons I believe we made it through every grueling history class, paper, & assignment. One of the best guys I know!

Lauren and I have been friends since our awkward middle school days (if you knew us back then, you understand). The saying is cliché, but she is truly one of the most hilarious people I have ever met. She is loyal, resilient, incredibly sincere, beautiful inside and out, and is always there to encourage others. I can honestly say that I am better for knowing her and am so thankful to have her in my life!

I met Jacob at Southcrest Church in LaGrange. He was living with two of my good friends and we got to know each other at game nights and church events. I had no idea at the time that I would be meeting my future brother in law, and I’m so glad to be gaining a great, hard working, Godly brother! Caroline is the type of person that you can't help but laugh if she is. She is the embodiment of joy, is incredibly level headed and driven, and an extremely talented chef. I love to brag on her to other people, both because of how talented she is and because she is just such a quality person. To know her is to love her! Jacob was living in LaGrange and driving to Carrollton for work when we first met. He was trying to find a permanent place in Carrollton and it just so happened I was looking for a roommate. Call it a coincidence, right place right time, or something else, but I’d say it worked out pretty well. He has been my roommate for over 2 years now and he’s become one of my closest friends and someone I have the utmost respect for. Whether it was sitting on the back porch by the fire talking about life or shouting at the TV during a Braves game, we always have the best time together. It has been one of my greatest pleasures to not only call him a roommate, but a friend. I wish nothing but happiness for him and Lily in this next chapter of their lives.

Abby and I met freshman year of college (as you can see the Lord really blessed me by quickly finding lifelong friends freshman year). She is fiercely loyal, and always finds the good in people. Jacob and I met through our mutual friend Josh Smith while he and Josh were roommates while they were attending college in Lagrange. Our friendship continued to grow after that which only meant the shenanigans just kept getting more interesting. But I quickly learned that even though Jacob endlessly harasses me every time we see each other, I know that he is someone that I can trust and count on for anything.

I often refer to Hannah as my "soulmate in friend form". The number of raw, honest, and vulnerable heart-to-heart talks we've had is more than I can count. Despite now living halfway across the country from each other and not being able to see each other often, we always pick right back up where we left off. Her heart for the Lord and for others is evident in the way she lives her life. I know I can speak for countless people when I say that my life is better for having her in it!

Jacob and I met during my freshman year at LaGrange College right after I had some unpleasant words with our baseball team’s pitching coach. Jacob had my back from the start and encouraged me to persevere. After that moment I practically lived with Jacob and Josh Smith for the next year. I wouldn’t be the type of man and husband I am today without Jacob’s friendship and influence. He’s my brother for life.

Growing up I always wanted a sister, so when the Lord saw fit to introduce Bailee and Joseph and make her part of the family, it was the answer to many prayers. She has an unbelievable heart for others, and she lives her life striving to show Jesus to the people around her. She is genuine, driven, and quick to serve.
