Ceremony: Seats will be spaced out to ensure social distancing. You may sit with your family and/or friends. Reception: Max Capacity inside the reception is 200 and we can only host 2/3 during phase 2. There will be plenty of tables spaced out to help with social distancing.
Yes and no. Yes: You are required to wear a face mask only when approaching any food and beverage station. This is a Halloween wedding so it’s a great opportunity to match your face mask to your costume! No: You are not required to wear a face mask unless you are at the food and beverage stations.
There are men and women bathrooms with sinks and soap. We encourage you to wash your hands periodically throughout the night We will have several hand sanitizing stations throughout the ceremony and reception.
All people handling food will wash and sanitize their hands prior to handling food. Beverages will be pre-dispensed into sealed cups. They will be set out for guests to grab and go.
Food will be served cafeteria style. Family members of Cecilia and Jimmy have kindly offered their time to serve our guests. You will line up and kindly tell them what you want on your plate. These family members serving food will wash and sanitize their hands prior to serving food. They will also be wear gloves and a mask.
