Dylan and Gracie met in high school, they often crossed paths but never really connected. At the beginning of the Covid lockdowns, it all started with a chipped windshield. Gracie nervously pulled into a windshield repair tent where Dylan was working. A few awkward laughs later, a repair plan was sold and they went their separate ways. A week went by and they couldn’t stop thinking about each other. Gracie reached out to Dylan, and soon after, they started dating. Over the next few years, their love grew through countless camping trips, hanging out with their beloved dogs, making crafts, and listening to music, though they don’t always agree on the genre. By the summer of 2024, they had bought a house together. A few months later, in November, Dylan planned a surprise getaway to a riverside dome in Bragg Creek. Surrounded by the river, the trees, and the smell of campfire(and Ruby!!), he asked Gracie to marry him.
