We are so grateful to our out-of-town guests who made the time to travel for our event! There are two major airports in Chicago to choose to fly in to, Chicago O'Hare International Airport, approximately 60-minute drive, and Chicago Midway International Airport, approximately 90-minute drive. Rockford has a smaller regional airport, Chicago Rockford International Airport. Both Chicago O'Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport offer bus transportation to Rockford via Coach USA/Van Gelder bus company. The venue is a 4-minute drive or 19-minute walk from the hotel. Uber/Lyft are available in Rockford. Embassy Suites by Hilton Rockford Riverfront is conveniently located in downtown Rockford near State Street which includes bars, breweries, coffeeshops, and restaurants all within walking distance.
