Complimentary Prairie Street Brewing Co beer and house wine will be available from 4-8pm. At this time, the bar service will transition to cash. Cocktails will be available for purchase throughout the entirety of the event. Please drink responsibly, and plan ahead and make arrangements to travel home safely. Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront is within walking distance from the venue. Ubers/Lyfts are also available in Rockford.
We are not providing a formal plated dinner or a buffet service as our dinner option. We have chosen a selection of appetizers and hors d'oeuvres to be served throughout the event. There will be a wide selection and plenty available to eat, including vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan options.
Cocktail attire, as defined as, Women's: A knee-length or midi-length dress Men's: A dress shirt and dress pants with tie, jacket is optional Our venue does have outdoor space that, weather dependent, we will utilize. Our venue is also situated on a river with riverfront space. Please plan ahead and dress accordingly.
Unless specifically notated on your invitation, we have decided to keep our event childfree.
Unfortunately, our preferred accommodations, Embassy Suites by Hilton Rockford Riverfront, did not have a room block available for our event. Thus, if this is where you prefer to book your stay, please do so as soon as possible. For additional recommendations, please see the "Travel" tab.
Unfortunately, due to multiple accommodation recommendations across the Rockford area, we are unable to provide transportation to all locations. Uber and Lyft do operate within the Rockford area. Those staying at Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront are approximately 4 minutes away via car and 15-20 minutes away via walk.
There is ample parking available at the venue, both directly in front of and across the street under a covered parking structure. Additionally, street parking is available. However, we encourage guests to carpool and/or use ride-sharing apps, such as Uber and Lyft, to insure safe transportation between our venue and your accommodations.
