Cabins at Camp Kiwanee

We have reserved 17 cabins for our guests who are interested. Each cabin sleeps 4 to 8 with twin beds. The cabins do not have electricity or running water, but there is a building in the same area that has bathrooms and showers, campsite style, along with a building called the Pavilion that has electricity. We will provide sheets, blankets, bath towels and some other basics, but please feel free to bring any sleeping accommodations to make you more comfortable, such as a pillow. If you’d like a suggested packing list feel free to contact Halsey or Miri! Please see the link below for more details about the cabins on the Camp Kiwanee website. Please note that we are requesting $20 per person to stay in the cabins. When you RSVP, please indicate how many guests in your party would like to stay in a cabin. Location: There are 2 hotel options available: the Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn are conveniently located next to each other, about 25 minutes from Camp Kiwanee Room Block & Pricing: - For Sunday night (5/25), a king standard is available for $209, and a double queen is available for $219 at either location. Reservations for Sunday night only can be made through the booking links below - Rooms on Saturday night (5/24) are available for the same price; however, to book for both Saturday and Sunday night, please contact Jamy, the Sales Director for both hotels, directly at 508-535-2526. She will help you with your entire reservation! Amenities: - Connecting rooms, cots, and cribs are available at each location. - Once you've booked, please contact the front desk to confirm availability and secure your request. These amenities are not automatically guaranteed with your online booking and must be reserved by calling the front desk directly.  - The Hampton Inn has more of these amenities, so we recommend trying to book here first. Check-In: - Check-in at both hotels is at 3pm. - However, you may contact the front desk on the day-of to request an early check-in. While an early check-in isn’t guaranteed, it is often available on Sundays due to lower occupancy. - Additionally, we have reserved an event space at the Fairfield Inn for all-day Sunday to accommodate guests of both hotels who arrive earlier than their check-in. Important Notes: - Rooms within the room block need to be booked before 4/10/25 - If you plan to book a room WITHOUT using our discount code, please let us know so we can adjust the room block accordingly. - Please note that guests booking a room with points will unfortunately not receive the room block discount. Shuttle

Hotel Shuttle To And From Wedding Venue

May 25, 2025 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm

The shuttle will pick up all guests from both hotels at 4:00pm (give or take a few minutes to get from one hotel to the other), and arrive at the venue around 4:30. The return shuttle will be leaving the venue at 10:30pm from the circle outside the main lodge, arriving at the hotels around 11:00pm.
