Where and when is the wedding?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will take place at 4pm on Friday, April 2nd, 2027 at Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa at the Eternity Beach. The reception will be at Eternity Beach as well and will start after the ceremony

Where do I book my room at the resort?
Answer
You can book either directly through the resort or await further information to come regarding potential room block. You can book on the adults only side or family side of the resort, whichever you prefer.

When should I arrive to the resort and how long should I stay?
Answer
We recommend you arrive at the resort 1-2 days prior to the ceremony. You may stay for as long as you'd like! There will be a welcome reception dinner for all guests the night before the wedding and a sunset catamaran cruise for all guests the day after the ceremony

Is there transportation to and from the airport?
Answer
Yes, the resort provides complimentary transportation to and from the airport. Once you are through customs, go outside to the Coconut Bay booth to arrange for a ride to the resort The resort will schedule a return shuttle to the airport based on your flight departure time Please see our 'Tips' section on the 'Travel' page for more!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
While we do not have a specific dress code (with some exceptions), please keep in mind the weather in St. Lucia in April is usually quite warm (in the mid-to-upper 80's) with occasional light showers Unless there is significant inclement weather, the ceremony and reception are outdoors, so dress comfortably and accordingly! If we had to suggest a "dress code," we would recommend semi-formal or beach cocktail attire Please just no casual wear (bathing suits, tank tops, gym shorts, etc.)

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, you are welcome to inform us if you have any food allergy or preferences More importantly, the hotel does an excellent job accommodating a wide variety of allergies and preferences as well! When you arrive at the resort, you will also fill out a food allergy form so the resort can prepare for your reserved dinners at the on-site restaurants The main dining area can also accommodate food allergies and preferences with advanced notice. Buffet options are well labeled for common dietary restrictions (e.g. Gluten-free, Vegan, and Dairy-free)

What should I pack?
Answer
Pack for a beach vacation! Bring your resort wear, swimsuits, sunscreen, and sunglasses! We do also recommend reviewing the resort website for dress code information for the on-site restaurants, or see the 'Tips' section on the 'Travel' page for more!

Do I need to buy food and drinks at the resort?
Answer
Coconut Bay is an all inclusive resort meaning all meals and beverages are included There are plenty of delicious complimentary dining options including a breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet as well as several reservation-only restaurants. There are two other restaurants are available for an added fee There is also a small convenience store that sells bottled beverages like soda and energy drinks. Your room will be stocked with complimentary soda, water, and other drinks in the mini fridge. There is also a 24/7 self serve coffee and tea bar in the main lobby. Please see the 'Tips' section of the 'Travel' page for more!

The weather in April tends to be sunny, in the 80s, and with a breeze, however do not be surprised if there is occasional rain.

Other than the ceremony, are there any other wedding events to attend?
Answer
Yes! There will be a pre-planned welcome reception for all guests on Thursday April 1st, and a sunset catamaran on Saturday April 3rd. We would love for you to attend but they are not mandatory.

Should I bring a gift to your destination wedding?
Answer
Having our loved ones at our wedding is what we truly want! However, if you wish to still give a gift we ask that you donate to the Bruno Project. This is where we are adopting a sweet puppy from that we met at Coconut Bay while we were visiting. They help to rescue local dogs and cats on the island and provide medical care, shelter, food, and adoption.
