2941 Creekside Dr, Salem, VA 24153 The GPS slightly passes the venue, so be looking for it on the right as you arrive! There will be a sign that says Harbor Creek with white gates.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be an unplugged ceremony, which means we kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. There will be plenty of time to capture beautiful moments after the ceremony!

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. Our dress code strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. Feel free to glam it up—fancier dresses are absolutely welcome! Keep in mind the ceremony is in the grass! Gents: A dress shirt and slacks are great, or suit up if you'd like! It might be cold so keep that in mind.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Answer

We’re striking the perfect balance between the great outdoors and snug indoor vibes. The ceremony will be outside. If it’s a crisp November day, we’ll embrace the chill. Reception: Once we’ve said our “I dos,” we’ll head indoors to an open-air venue. There will be patio heaters for the dance floor! Virginia—the state that can’t make up its mind. It might gift us with 75 degrees and sunshine, or it might throw a little chill our way. But hey, that’s part of the adventure!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and safety considerations, we kindly request that no children attend the wedding. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

What are the shuttle bus times?

Answer

The shuttle bus will pick up at the Fairfield at 3:15pm and the Hampton at 3:30pm with a 3:40pm drop off at the venue! It will pick back up at 10:00 pm!

I'm running late. What should I do?

Answer

Please still come! The venue gates will be closed during the ceremony but they will open afterwards. We can't wait to see you!
