We are continuing to update this FAQ, so please bear with us! In light of the spread of the COVID-19 delta variant, we are requiring either full vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test within 48 hours for all guests. Masks are required while riding on the bus to/from the venue. Temperatures will be taken upon arrival at the venue – this is a requirement by our venue. The ceremony, cocktail hour, & dinner will take place outdoors. While the dancing is indoors, we've worked with our venue to ensure all doors are open & air is circulating. We hope you are fully vaccinated, if you are not, we request that you wear a mask anytime you are not eating or drinking. If you are feeling under the weather, we request you use your best judgement about attending. The health & safety of our guests is our top concern, we want the weekend to be a, fun celebration for all – we greatly appreciate your cooperation to help make this happen. Yes! Cocktail attire, but make it fun! Fun colors, socks, ties are highly encouraged. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be outdoors. While our venue has heaters, it will be chilly - so we highly recommend bringing a jacket!
Yes! We will have a shuttle going back and forth from the Element, Hilton Garden Inn & Holiday Inn to The Farm. SHUTTLE 1: • 3:45 pm – Arrive at The Element Hotel o 4:00 pm – Depart The Element • 4:15 pm – Arrive at The Holiday Inn – Biltmore West o 4:30 pm – Depart for The Farm SHUTTLE 2: • 3:45 pm – Arrive at Hilton Garden Inn – College Street o 4:00 pm – Depart Hilton Garden Inn • 4:15 pm – Arrive at The Holiday Inn – Biltmore West o 4:30 pm – Depart for The Farm There will be one early departure shuttle at 9:30 pm. Otherwise, shuttles depart from The Farm at 11:00pm.
An unplugged ceremony is a phone-free event. We have hired wonderful photographers to document the moment. We ask that you please be present and do not take any photos/videos during our ceremony.
Yes there is parking on site. We will also be offering a shuttle service to go from our hotel blocks in downtown Asheville to The Farm if you would prefer not to drive.
Yes! There are plenty of Ubers/Lyfts in Asheville. However, it is Halloween weekend so it may be a challenge to get one.
The wedding begins at 5:00 pm! We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so you have time to mingle.

COVID: The Event Space at Hi-Wire is a massive facility with high ceilings. There are 3 sets of doors that we plan to leave open for air flow. The staff is 100% vaccinated and will be wearing masks. There are also multiple sanitation stations around the room. PARKING: If you plan to drive to the welcome party, there is a gym next door where you can park after 8:00 pm. Parking at The Event Space is first come, first serve. ATTIRE: Costume :) TIME: 8:00 - 10:00 pm FOOD? Light snacks will be served
