Ali and I met one of the first days of college and became instant friends. We lived together all throughout college, which allowed us to have countless dance parties, baking sessions and lots of laughs. We have experienced so many firsts together. We have been there for the ups and downs and all the in between times. Flown across the country for each other and had many FaceTime dates. Our friendship is one of those friendships that last a lifetime, the kind of friendship that you can call them anytime even if it’s been months since you last talked and it’s like no time has passed at all.

Cody and I met at Boise State - we played on the lacrosse team, were roommates through college and shared in our fair share of good ole fashioned “learning experiences”. Whether it be chasing cows across a meadow on horseback, watching college football (Go Broncos and Go Big Red) or growing in our faith together, Cody’s become a true lifelong friend. Somehow along the way, we’ve even managed to stay out of too much trouble. Ali and Cody’s relationship is a real gift and a true testament of God’s faithfulness and I couldn’t be more excited to celebrate their marriage together.

I don’t remember when I met Cody exactly except that I know it was before either of us could speak. Our parents introduced us while still in our cribs and we quickly bonded over a shared affection for Tonka Trucks, Hot Wheels, and the Denver Broncos. We spent many long summer afternoons building forts in the woods and playing football on the lawn as grade schoolers. We were in the same kindergarten and Sunday school classes, enjoyed river days as kids, 4wheeling as young adults, and endured classes at the local community college. Cody is my longest tenured friend.

I first met Cody when I was working on my Tacoma in the garage and I was a skeptic. But then I was encouraged when he grabbed a Coors banquet out of the fridge. Cody has joined us on many family vacations, including camping and a trip to Portland and he's become part of the fam. Can't wait to have you as a brother. There’s no one else I’d want to marry my sister!

I walked into preschool one day and sat next to a cute girl with curly hair and freckles. Little did I know that she and I would be lifelong friends! Our memories together are filled with laughter, and we’ve shared many embarrassing moments. Ali stood by my side when I got married, and I’m overjoyed to be there for her as she marries the man she has been praying for!

Cody and I became friends in an Army medic course. We spent a lot of time watching football, playing baseball, and just a little bit of debauchery. Cody was the best man in my wedding and I couldn't have picked a better woman for him to find. Cheers buddy.
