Question

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive to Santorini Gem between 3:00pm and 3:20 PM to find your seat and enjoy the view. The ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 PM. Late entry will not be permitted.

Question

Are kids welcome to any wedding events?

Answer

No. The experiences the couple has curated and the getaway they have envisioned is for adults only. We invite you to join us and enjoy a romantic getaway in paradise.

Question

What's the weather like in Santorini?

Answer

Expect sunshine, warm breezes, and golden light. Temperatures in October usually range from 70-80°F (21-27°C). Evenings may get breezy, so bring a wrap or light jacket just in case.

Question

Is the ceremony unplugged?

Answer

Yes. We've asked guests to put away phones during the ceremony so you can be fully present with us — we want to see your faces, not your iPhones. Our content creator will capture everything beautifully for you to relive later.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to embrace our wedding color palette throughout the week: Light Pink, Black, Gold or Khaki. Sunset Boat Cruise: Resort chic + camera ready! Light Pink, Black, or Gold Think breezy sundresses, linen sets, swimwear layered underneath, and flat sandals or slides. Please avoid heels — you’ll be on a boat! Welcome Reception: Coastal Cocktail Attire Black & White Polished and elevated. Dressy dresses, jumpsuits, or slacks with a blazer work perfectly. Please no denim. Wedding Day: Formal / Black-Tie Optional Light Pink, Black, or Gold We want everyone to feel their best. Floor-length dresses, tuxedos, and suits are all welcome. Please choose a color from our palette to complement the setting—and the photos!

Question

Will there be food and drinks at the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely. Cocktails and light fare will be served immediately following the ceremony. A multi-course dinner will start just after the sun has set over the Aegean Sea. The drinks will flow as we dance the night away.

Question

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We have not arranged a hotel block, as we want everyone to experience Santorini in the way that best suits their style, budget, and travel plans. Whether you prefer a luxury cliffside suite, a boutique hotel, or a cozy Airbnb — there’s no wrong way to soak in the magic of the island! We recommend staying in a central village, specifically Imerovigli, to easily access our events, but you can travel across the entire island is approximately 45-minutes. Our venue is just south of Fira.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We've carefully curated our guest list to accommodate our venue requirements, so please refer to your invitation for details. If your plus-one is listed, we can't wait to meet them.

Question

Will transportation be provided to the venue?

Answer

Yes. We are currently finalizing details to provide shuttles from select meeting points. Pickup times and exact locations will be shared closer to the date.

Question

Answer

Question

How should we address the bride following the ceremony?

Answer

Kristen will be keeping her last name, Mrs. Kristen Hall.

Question

A gentle note from the bride:

Answer

The bride kindly asks that you skip the hugs and physical affection during the celebration. Please send your love with words, waves, or a well-timed wink — no hugs necessary. Kristen will be wearing a one-of-a-kind couture gown — a true work of art, thoughtfully designed by her and brought to life by a world-renowned designer. To preserve the integrity of the dress for her bridal portraits, she kindly asks that guests refrain from hugging and remain mindful when holding drinks nearby. Your warm wishes and kind compliments are deeply appreciated — no touching required.

Question

Social media etiquette:

Answer

To provide the couple the opportunity to be fully present, we kindly ask that you wait to post or tag any photos until they have had the chance to share first and after they have returned to Nashville.
