Having lived together for many years, there are very few material items on our registry. We prefer contributions through this website to our general cash funds or contributions to the various activities we will enjoy on our honeymoon to Thailand and Vietnam!
Dress to impress in cocktail/semi-formal attire. Women can wear any length dress and men should wear a suit or dress pants with a button down. The ceremony and reception will be inside and the cocktail hour will be outside. Please avoid stilettos as the walk up to the venue is rocky.
Yes! The shuttle will leave the DoubleTree at 3:45 and again at 4:25. Not everyone will fit on one shuttle so please don’t all plan to get on the last one! The shuttle will take multiple trips from our venue back to the hotel throughout the night with the first one leaving at 9:45 and the final shuttle leaving the reception at 11:15
Our venue has free on-site parking. There are two small lots to the left of the venue and another larger lot behind the venue with an alley way off of Grand leading to the lot. There is also free street parking. Please note these lots are not monitored. We encourage guests to take the shuttle from the hotel or take Uber/Lyft when possible.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony and allow time to walk from the parking lot and finding your seat. If you arrive late, please wait and join us at the cocktail hour starting at 5:30pm.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best photos which we will share with all of you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like and don’t forget to share them to the shared Google Photos album!
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you.
We will not be allowing guests to request songs at the reception. Our DJ, Casey, is amazing and we trust him to set the best vibe for the night! Get ready to party.

Yes! Anyone wanting to keep the night going after the reception, we will be heading to the Baltimore located at 1234 Randolph St.
As soon as you can! We can only add a limited number of rooms to our block but can add more as they fill up so the earlier you book the better. We have a discounted rate for October 9th through the 14th.
Please RSVP by September 12th. If you do not RSVP by then, we will assume that you are unable to attend.
As soon as you know if you are or are not able to join us at the welcome party, please RSVP. You should RSVP for each individual wishing to attend by September 11th. Due to capacity limits, we have to limit the guest list to family, the wedding party, and out-of-town guests. Please only RSVP if you are positive you can make it as we have a limited guest count.
