The Dunlawton Sugar Mill Gardens is a great spot to bring the family to sightsee and enjoy! UIt includes stone dinosaur and extinct animal statues and an old sugar mill along its trail. There is no cost for admission to the Sugar Mill Gardens, but donations are encouraged to help maintain and preserve the gardens.

The Doris Preserve is a scenic preserve that spans 2,479 acres in Port Orange. It has a 536-foot boardwalk that leads to a 15-foot observation tower. Students of Mainland High School notched out minimum-impact nature trails and planted native vegetation throughout the area while studying the environment as part of the Rose Bay Legacy Project Program.
