What time should I arrive?

Answer

The rooftop will be open at 3pm. This begins cocktail hour with small bites and drinks. We ask that you are there no later than 3:30pm. Please allow time for parking and walking to the reception located on the top floor/rooftop.

Downtown Parking, where do I park?

Answer

Depot Garage, Centro Garage, Pennington Garage and Street Parking are free on the weekends. Playground Bar and Lounge does not validate parking.

Will the Reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

This will be on a rooftop which is open to gorgeous views of Downtown Tucson.

Will this be an open or capped bar?

Answer

This will be an open bar up to a certain cap. We are estimating 3 drinks per person with some guests choosing not to drink. This includes a fully stocked bar so enjoy a cocktail or beer on us. Drink responsibly.

May I bring cash to tip?

Answer

YES, we highly encourage cash tip for our wonderful bar/cater staff if you like.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are at max capacity of 100 guests and can no longer accommodate additional guests at this time.

Am I allowed to take pictures at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we encourage our guests to take pics and vids. Please use the hashtag #Hall-Ways-And-4Eva. Or you may tag Amber @ams_lynnn on her socials. There will also be a photo booth provided as well!

May I bring my kid/s?

Answer

Unfortunately, this is an 18+ event that has reached our max capacity.

If I want to drive there, but uber home, where do I park?

Answer

The following parking garages are open 24 hours/7 days a week: Centro Garage - 345 E. Congress St. Pennington Street Garage - 110 E. Pennington St. City/State Garage - 498 W. Congress St. Depot Plaza Garage - 45 N. 5th Ave. La Placita Garage - 211 S. Church Ave.

Okay, we know y'all love Tequila, but what kind?

Answer

We are big fans of Espol'on Blanco or any tequila that is 100% Pure agave/Blanco. Please do not bring alcohol to the venue as this is strictly prohibited with their liquor license.

Will there be alchohol free options?

Answer

Of course! This will be a fully stocked bar with non-alcoholic options such as soda and juice. The venue also offers non-alcoholic beers.

Where should we send/receive wedding gifts?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home via the registry or by regular mail/shipping. A wedding card box will be at our reception as well.

Is there an after party? Can I invite friends after?

Answer

We do plan on staying in downtown Tucson past the reception to keep the party going. You are more than welcome to invite friends. This includes bar hopping. If you must get home to the kiddos or just can't hang past 7, please drive home safely!
