We love all your kids, truly! however, our wedding day is strictly adults-only, excluding our flower and ring bear, so no children will be invited unless addressed otherwise. yes! We ask that everyone comes in the best dress clothes they can find! we do ask for no shorts or T-shirts, and sweatpants! think Black Tie or Semi-formal! pick a pretty dress and nice jeans or slacks and come party! colors to avoid- White, ivories, creams, if they appear white on camera pls avoid kindly from the bride! Yes! we are so happy to share that it will all take place in the same building/ room. After the ceremony, we ask guests to make their way to the cocktail hour in the lobby while we have chairs moved and the rest set up! there is another room right across that might be taken for another wedding please be respectable and keep from going in that direction.
Yes! we will have an open bar all night! we do asked to bring some extra cash to support our bartender for the night!
We ask all guests to arrive at least 15 mins early so you can get a seat! if you don't make it in time we do ask you wait outside to keep from distractions.
As its getting more popular we are asking no one to have their phones out during the ceremony! we are paying for a really good photographer, and we promise we will post those photos as soon as their done for your enjoyment!
there is a good amount of hotels in the area of our venue. If we block out rooms for the hotel we will let all that are coming from out of state!
Yes! there is a big parking lot. we do as that you park on the left side of the building just in case there is another wedding on the opposite side of the building and their guest has a place to park. We also ask to leave parking spots for those who are older near the front!
Yes! Nick and I want to do a sparkler send off so we do ask if you can stay as late as you can to be there till 9:30 to be a part of our fake send-off! and then party the rest of the night! we will close the dance floor by 11:00 pm
I do sincerely apologize that our wedding did not meet your standards. Nick and Halia put so much effort into ideas/ plans for this wedding, and many family members helping with it.
