Portland Saturday Market
Free admission, open air market on the river, wander around tents selling local arts, crafts, and food Saturdays 10AM-5PM; Sundays 11AM-4:30PM
South Waterfront Lower Tram Terminal
Who doesn't like to get a city view from above? Take the Tram from OSHU's lower campus up to the Hospitals at the top of the hill (where Mike works!) to get a view of the city and Mount Hood
Multnomah Falls
40 min out of town, an easy gorgeous hike to the Falls. Can be crowded on the weekends, so visit early or maybe on the way to Hood River!
Hood River
Beautiful 1.5 hour drive out of Portland along the Columbia River to a cute little town with hiking, water sport options, and breweries like Pfriem and Full Sail! (Check out Multnomah Falls on the way. Make it a loop, and drive around mount hood on your way back.)
